Utah Ethics

Officers and employees in political subdivisions in the state of Utah are held to standards of conduct set forth in the following acts:

• Municipal Officers’ and Employees’ Ethics Act, See Utah Code Ann. §§ 10-3-1301 to -1312;
• County Officers and Employees Disclosure Act, See Utah Code Ann. §§ 17-16a-1 to -12; and
• Utah Public Officers’ and Employees’ Ethics Act, See Utah Code Ann. §§ 67-16-1 to -15.
