Ethics Training
Utah state legislators must complete ethics training exercises once a year. The materials and exercises are designed to assist in the understanding and complying with ethical, lobbying, and campaign finance requirements.
Legislators must access the training materials and exercises from a secure site to establish credit. As required by JR6-1-301 and the Legislative Management Committee, legislators must complete all three exercises.
